I began studying Carnatic music in 2022 for a class project, where I designed a basic algorithm for improvised music based off of Carnatic ragas.

I had the opportunity to join the Carnegie Mellon delegation to ​the International Festival of Theatre Schools 2024 at the University of Calicut, where I attended workshops on Carnatic music and Kathakali dance.
